Week 1 & 3

Monday
Breakfast – Pureed papaya with a side of whole-grain baby cereal.
Lunch – Soft-cooked rice porridge (congee) with finely minced carrots and shredded chicken.
Snacks – Sliced banana.
Drinks – Breast milk or formula milk.
Tuesday
Breakfast – Mashed bananas with plain yogurt.
Lunch – Mashed potatoes with minced green beans and fish flakes.
Snacks – Sliced pear.
Drinks – Breast milk or formula milk.
Wednesday
Breakfast – Pureed mango with a side of whole-grain baby cereal.
Lunch – Pureed pumpkin with congee or rice.
Snacks – Sliced melon.
Drinks – Breast milk or formula milk.
Thursday
Breakfast – Mashed potato with banana cakes.
Lunch – Soft-cooked egg yolk with mashed sweet potatoes and peas.
Snacks – Sliced papaya.
Drinks – Breast milk or formula milk.
Friday
Breakfast – Pureed watermelon with a side of whole-grain baby cereal.
Lunch – Soft-cooked rice noodles with finely chopped spinach and tofu.
Snacks – Sliced kiwi.
Drinks – Breast milk or formula milk.

Week 2 & 4

Monday
Breakfast – Mashed pears with plain yogurt.
Lunch – Soft-cooked rice porridge (congee) with minced broccoli and diced chicken.
Snacks – Sliced apple.
Drinks – Breast milk or formula milk.
Tuesday
Breakfast – Pureed apple with a side of whole-grain baby cereal.
Lunch – Mashed butternut squash with rice or congee.
Snacks – Sliced strawberry.

Wednesday
Breakfast – Pureed peaches with rice cakes.
Lunch – Soft-cooked egg yolk with mashed carrots and green peas.
